The boom times of the housing market is gone.  If you got in and out you could of made a lot of money.Quite a few people did.But also quite a few people lost a lot of money. Those that didn’t get in and out quick enough.

But if you are your typical homeowner who is in a position where you need to sell now.  What can you do?What I am saying is that houses just do not sell as quickly as they used to.Quite a few homes are spending a lot of time on the market months or even years.  Well I have some tips on fixing that.  I have seen it works first hand from my clients running my San Diego painting company. 

What you are going to have to do is have your house in better shape than everything else out there. That’s not something you want, when you are in need of an excellent house painting job.

Once you can hire a good contractor, you are going to want to paint the inside first.  Bu don’t forget the outside of the house.If you also include the painting of the exterior, you can really make it look great.If it is gorgeous outside that fact right there can sell the house.Don’t forget that it will be what they see first.

Finally, you want to hire somebody that really takes care in the work that they do.  How can you tell?Easy, just talk to several contractors. You will be able to sense those that just want your money and those that really care about serving you.  Those that have a service attitude you can count on for a good job.
